Rode w KH, RH, and BF. Meet at East Hill Rd. And headed east to Richmond, followed River Rd. to Dugway, went south to Huntington Rd. and returned via East Hill. Huntington River was beautiful as always. Route was mostly hills and a hard workout.

Trail running 37:40 [3]

Ran at Catamount. Black on white, hilly side. Included all of Gullywhomper but skipped the final hill to the finish. Didn't want to overdo it, since I haven't run 2 days in a row for a while and I was still sore from yesterday. Interestingly, I not only had pretty good energy, but I felt I had more spring in my step than I've had for a while. Perhaps the lag time between runs lately has allowed my muscles to stiffen and each subsequent run(after a a gap of a few days) is a strain again. That's how it has felt anyway. It helped that the temps were in mid-seventies and the humidity had dropped significantly. A gorgeous day to run.
Ethan joined us after returning from Bulgaria around midnight. So nice to have him home. He'd been gone for 2 months! We picked wild blackberries this afternoon, then ,after dinner (he made a yogurt/feta/garlic/cucumber soup he learned from Evalin in Bulgaria) which included his favorite steak and mashed potatoes, we made blackberry cobbler. It wasn't ready till 9pm which is late for eating, but we had to try it. Best one ever! That'll be breakfast tomorrow, too.

Trail running race 33:00 [4]

Catamount Yellow on white course. Humid but temps down to 70 after pm rain. Felt much stronger this time and pushed hard. Had to walk the two steepest hills, about 30m and 10m. Even managed to punch for the last 100 m with someone on my heels.
