Hiked up to Ausable Lake (Lower) on the woods road w TB and her sister, Blythe, then took trail up to Indian Head lookout. About 4 miles on road, 1 mile on very steep trail using mini spikes. Great views at the top. Beautiful trail. Brought plastic sleds and sledded about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way down which was a blast! Good workout on my inner thighs using my feet to brake.
Slight soreness in right arch on trail section. Some cramping in the evening.
