Aquathlon 200m swim. Did myself a disservice on estimated time and got held up. Really must do some time trials to see how fast I can actually swim, now i have a year of Tri club under my belt.
Running (tarmac)20:00 [5]
Aquathlon 3km. Guessed time. Fine balance of gubbing myself to stay ahead of the hubster and not making my injuries worse. Think I managed it and wasn't caught until the disco. Chuffed! Dead!

Swim squad...a speed session. Ho, ho. Just what you need after your first running race in 2 years! Got out after 30 mins to cheer the kids on in their aquathlon, so got a 10 min rest in the middle!
