6D sliding (aka floor dusting)
Would have been a good strength session if I didn't just want to lie down! Today is supposed to be a rest day!! Had a good crack at it and can definitely see the point of it. Do the hamstring ones already so might expand my repertoire back at home.

45 min tumble turn instruction class. Made way more sense this time, feeling like I've progressed!
