Missed the FVO day as H still unwell after her jags. Progressive ride to Braco and back. Progressively got darker, wetter, colder and more snow on the road than anticipated. PW - lights not strong enough to not brake downhills!

So I joined the Peak on their £12 for 12 days offer coz I am injured. Fab.
Except every single class that doesn't involve punching or dancing is full for the next week. Plus, there are no waiting lists for classes. What a silly set-up and a poor advert for persuading people to take on an annual membership.

Edinburgh Urban. Vet women still have to do elite - it was a long, long way!
Recognised the hard legs but sloppy/lack of discipline near the circle for a number of them - tut, tut. Too busy thinking about running! Will never be able to work out mapping of different levels - it would be good if different levels were shaded slightly differently to make them clearer? The Exchange area mapping is a complete mystery to me! Hamstring not happy esp uphill but not bad enough to stop. Good day out though.

Up bright and early to run to the Junior PR in Stirling, only to find it had been cancelled due to the snow. Down OGRd to BoA and back via Darn Walk instead. Proper winter wonderland.

Lovely snowy run from home - Dumyat top CP via top of Waltersmuir Res. Didn't brave the top due to it snowing. Back via Cocksburn Res.
Feeling a little stronger and niggles weren't sore until 'at least' 20 mins. Amazing (not) what a day off sitting down at a desk does.

Left lumber, SI, piriformis, nerve etc unhappy from the word go. Depressing, particularly after chiro. Can't remember the last time I ran pain-free. 6 days?? Bah!

OHR WU to A Castle then to top of Blairforkie Drive. 6 min tempo, 10 x 30 sec hills, 6 min tempo, then stagger back. A bit epic given my lack of quality training lately. Left piriformis etc flared up too. Enforced rest coming up post chiro tho.
