Loch Morlich OWS. Rest of the family paddled off and I had a lovely swim around all the buoys. A few other swimmers in the water, plus tail end of the Starman Tri for entertainment. Hardly any wind for once...great for swimming/paddling...rubbish for keeping midges away!

CX class. Back with the unsmiling, unfriendly instructor who only demos level eleventy billion. Did quite a lot of modifications! Worth doing though.

Dalbeattie blue mtb taster trail with M&H plus friends. Very nerve-wracking watching H do the boardwalks etc but she took it all in her stride. Bilberries and ice-cream to top it all off :-)

Awesome week for lots of reasons but in terms of orienteering, very proud of M who did 6 solo white courses and always came back smiling, and for hubby who podiumed. Hope I can run at the next one!
Now to burn off the prosecco / gin / wine / cheese!

Loch Kinord OWS with Jubb & Noot-Williams families after day 3. Went round the island with Mike & Antonia and just about managed to keep up! :-)
