Orienteering 59:17 [4]

South Achray Blue Compass Sport Trophy 5.6km 275m
Tired tired tired after yesterday and week of illness but running steady until 35mins, when hit the undulating open area. Leg sooo sore and tired after that - taking some really naff round routes to avoid just a few contours.
Time losses on 11 (1 min), 15 (25s), 19 (40s lost focus on the climb), 20 (30s for really round route) and 23 (1 min for a crucial missing depression in the circle :-()
Somehow got 98 points though so tick for the club.

Orienteering 18:13 [4]

North Muirton Scottish Sprint Champs 2.3km
Quite enjoyed this as it was short sharp legs all the way, managed to plan ahead for them all and was clean. Thanks to housewife entering elite, I seem to be Scottish Champ.

Orienteering 55:41 [4]

Scottish Night Champs, Kinnoull Hill 4.9km 285m
Much more runnable than in the summer - positively pleasant even!
1.5 at no 6 - overshot despite near & proper attack point (1:7.5K?)
2.5 mins lost at no 11 - tiny crag on the side of a steep hill. Bah!
Housewife entered elite again, so another buff.
