Orienteering 1:22:35 [3]

Craig a Barns SOL Brown 6.9km 410m
Holy moly I beat hubby! Neither of us had great runs but 9 seconds is 9 seconds! :-)
10 controls in 7km - never done a course with only long legs before and first half I was way too hesitant, keeping map contact far too much and not being confident enough to just leg it. Tough, undergrowth, hilly, stoopingness for the first 3 controls, got going a bit after that although never felt I was actually "running" until the last control! Lost time on 6 (tiny open area in dark green with lots of other unmarked open areas!), but not as much as hubby! The Swedes showed us how it should be done.
Numberjack string course, ESOC strings are always good :-)

Road Biking 1:22:59 [4] 37.28 km (2:14 / km) +80m 2:12 / km

A very late lunchtime ride. Work, Chalmerston Rd, Cordoch Rd towards Kippen, Thornhill and back via Chalmerston Rd. Little wind, dry and gave it a bit of effort. Marker in the sand for the winter.

Trail/Road running 38:00 [3]

First time since we had kids (~6 years) - a run with hubby! Quick jaunt up Dumyat on a lovely sunny day, between more manic DIY and cleaning gutters.
