Golly gosh, I felt almost like a runner today (apart from my left hip). I've only consciously changed 3 things recently ..... more stress and hours at work, a lot more red wine and lots of naughty nachos. Ressssult, I've finally found the winning formula :-)
Hubby away so no OHR, but did the sesh at lunchtime instead. 6 x 3 min, 1 min recovery. Body pretty sore - from yesterday and left hip particularly unhappy.
Junior parkrun. H wanted to do both laps so she could use her bar code, way to go girl! Shame they completely 8uggered up the results - no times for anyone this week.
