"Aerial pilates". Not the thing if you actually want to do any pilates. More like trapeze messing about. Managed to last half a class but couldn't call any of it pilates. Beach fun calling.

Release and unwind. i.e. foam roller and tennis ball class. Lots of pain in lots of places. Excellent.

Another window for a MTB with hubby. South along the coast then up to top of Tinajo and back over the top of the ridge/banana plantation. Avoided tricky single track today - quads too tired!
There was me thinking that my h/s and piriformis are the main problems but physio suggested it might be the poxy but very tight TFL. Reassured that doing the right strengthening, stretching, foam rollering etc.
