On the verge of getting the kids' cough (too much dairy!!). Peaceful sesh in the gym; bit of core, weights, stretching. Then lots of vit D :-)

Orienteering 50:00 [2]

La Marina Sud south part; jwoc qualifier race from way back. Realised on the way to no 1 I hadn't actually started at the start. Continued as i started...confidently knew were I was only about 10% of the time. So glad I didn't do this jwoc! Bailed at 3, nice terrain run, then started again at 7. Careful and slow but def got the controls this time (I think!).

Discovered a gym with classes...spinning today. Shouted at in Spanish for 50 mins but it was a really good class :-)

La Marina Sud jog with a bit of oing. Found the map just as difficult to interpret as when I was on a gb squad camp decades ago. Beautiful pine forests though.
TFL, piriformis etc all tighter than usual (no surprise).

Rare double treat - long run AND running with hubby! Witherslack Hall - Whitbarrow Scar - Cartmel Fell - Simpson Ground - Strickland - back. Lovely.
