Trail/Road running 40:00 [1]
So my TFL had stopped hurting permanently over the last 3 weeks and hey presto, back at work and it reappears. Still, wanted to try a jog as by the end of the French O week things seemed okish when jogging/shuffling in terrain. But no, not good. Joglette with lots of stretching and walking. Definitely pulled a wee muscle in my lower back in the last 24 hours too, adductors very tight, blah blah.
