Feeling remarkably spritely given the amount of alcohol and sleep over the last 2 nights! Must be because I'm sooooo young ;-)
Nice walk out the back of TT and up the wee hill at the back with Hazel. Back before the heavens opened.

Tried a spinning class. Did a lot of extra standing up but h/s attachment really not good. Meh.
