3 x TD2 training courses over the day, shadowing and coaching the kids. Having to run to keep up at times ... but h/s was ok ish. Tired h/s by the end of the day though - not used to that many steps after 3 weeks of zero!
Couldn't face swimming again so went to the gym. Actually used the arm cycling machine today rather than walking straight on by. 15 mins burnt off 67 calories apparently. Depressing! Plus upper body weights and core work, and absolutely nothing that involved my hamstring.
