Up Great Burney and its friend with the kids and hoppalong Dad. H/S ok. Glorious weather for the Fred Whitton .... well jealous! Soaked up the sunshine and BOC relays atmosphere after.

~20 min walk back to J's from Broughton with a few jogs on the flat bits. Repeated without the jogs later, back from the pub.

Including some drills and 10 x 50m off 65 secs. Might have to drop this to 60 secs - getting faster and bit too much recovery! :-)

10 mins arm cycling (smirk) = 44 calories. Lots of upper body weights and a few hip neutral legs, then the usual mat work.

NB Right calf still has massive DOMS from cramping on Sat morning!
