Gym sesh - 10 mins on cross trainer to see if it aggrevated my h/s or not, some arm weights and then some serious mat work. New motivation from my chat with Dr SR :-)

Awesome week for lots of reasons but in terms of orienteering, very proud of M who did 6 solo white courses and always came back smiling, and for hubby who podiumed. Hope I can run at the next one!
Now to burn off the prosecco / gin / wine / cheese!

Family mtb along old railway from Ballater to bashed up suspension bridge east of Cambus. Lots of raspberry picking on the way back, and the biggest ever ice cream for the kids :-)
