Swimming 40:00 [2]

Loch Morlich OWS. Rest of the family paddled off and I had a lovely swim around all the buoys. A few other swimmers in the water, plus tail end of the Starman Tri for entertainment. Hardly any wind for once...great for swimming/paddling...rubbish for keeping midges away!

Roseisle mtb ride with M & H. So much for a peaceful day at the beach/forest...100 Moravian orienteers were having their club champs!
H/s seems to be surviving.

Treadmill - 4 min walk WU, 6 mins jog, 2 mins walk, 4 mins jog. Not great but not too bad either.

Couldn't face a 5.30am start, still pooped from wkd, so solo sesh at lunch.
Including 15 x 50m off 60. Kicking super hard def does aggravate my h/s a bit - need to stop that!

CX class. Back with the unsmiling, unfriendly instructor who only demos level eleventy billion. Did quite a lot of modifications! Worth doing though.

Conditioning 20:00 [2]

10 mins on Vario 'just to see' and h/s seems ok. Then weights.
