Walk to gathering stone with family. H/s bit nippy going up the hill. Sinuses no worse, no better.

Orienteering 30:00 [3]

Club champs at Little Druim Wood. Great area and knew the planning would be good, plus short courses meant I couldn't not enter. Couldn't help jogging the first half it was soooo awesome. Had to walk the long hill back up and over, but h/s wasn't complaining. Must have walked fast coz I won the vet ladies!

Tried a jog from work given it was glorious weather, first time in a long time. Just round the meander. Sinuses pretty bad and didn't feel very bouncy. Definitely standing desk after for the h/s.
