Scottish score champs at Blackquarrel Woods, Elgin
M did the 40 min score with a little help from me and a little hindrance from H. Lots of fun! Logged half as jogging.

4 hours in the car really not good for my pht though. Boo.

Round Grantown loop, mainly tracks but some terrain. Bit longer than anticipated but great! New 2017 pb for total time running!
