Better than steady effort, quite hard work into the wind. Threat of potential aquathlon show-down looming so wanted to see how bad running would be. I predict an easy win for the hubster given the swim is so short!

Trx class in the baking hot sunshine. Self preservation mode for the shoulder exercises. Then 15 mins in gym doing usual glute/hammy work etc.
