Dunrod Hill Compasssport cup round. Women's Blue 5.6km 190m
Last start and a bit of a stress with kids/shadowing/small window for split start. Luckily hubby shouted up the hill to me on my way to no 1 that he'd caught the kids up. Phew - I could stop worrying about them and start focusing on me!

A lot of slushy tussocky slopes but managed to keep strong the whole way; pleasantly surprised considering how tired my bod was yesterday afternoon. Cross with myself for binning 3+ mins at no 3 though .... found the map a bit weird once I'd crossed the wall.
