~6km to and from the start/finish twice (with 200m climb) and then the white shadowing H, another 3km. Long warm up!

Loving feeling like I'm getting fit but funnily enough, my o tech is rusty! A couple of small mistakes early on but chuffed to feel like I was running well, until no 14 and 15, where binned 3.5 mins on each. DOH! Ok the map was really out of date, I was really tired from doing a 6km warm up to the start/white/back and then sprint back to make last start, but still! Donkey!
