Swimming 13:06 [4] 0.75 km (17:28 / km)

East Fife Tri - 750m swim in the most boiling hot 25m pool ever! Thought I was going to cook half way through and nearly had a panic attack! Various overtaking shenanigans but all very civilised. Time includes getting out and going over timing mat.

Road Biking 56:16 [4] 24.0 km (2:21 / km) +194m 2:15 / km

Bitterly cold easterly made the hill climb really, really tough. Both times! Type 2 fun!

Trail/Road running 25:24 [4] 4.9 km (5:11 / km) +40m 4:59 / km

Long uphill start did not help the legs!! 'Didn't walk' just about sums it up!!

Plus ~3:20 in transition time but I really did need the double layer and gloves for the bike, and M had the elastic laces for his aquathlon!!

H/s just about survived, legs completely dead but amazing to have got round given zero bike training and not much run training! Dangerous though - whet my appetite for more! Especially as I seem to have come 4th Female Vet!!!!

Back from hols 2:30am, then up early for H's football and a birthday party. Glute/piriformis/PHT all a bit twangy so fingers crossed ok for tomorrow. Not risking a leg loosener!

Treadmill, include 1 min on 1 min easy for 15. H/s just about ok when pushing it.

Guardamar Norte. 28 controls of the 100 control map. Wing-O...no controls, everything looks the same, had to double check location every now and then just to keep the confidence going!! Hamstring just about survived.
