Very nice ride with hubbie Richard. Went our hard from start old Pacific Hway to Pie. Felt pretty tired all the way back. Solid ride overall.

Raining pretty solidly all the way. Wiped out on wooden bridge of Galston Gorge. Luckily no injury or damage other than sore hip from impact (left side so no derailleur problem thank god). In St Ives blew up my tyre - straight through the rim. Still wonder what caused it. Had to be rescued by Christie Sym after 40 minutes of freezing my butt off. Not my best day today.
