Ran 6 intervals trying to hold on to the back of the guys group. Went ok...bit tired as it meant I only had about 30sec or so recovery at the end of each interval :P
Jogged the 7th interval and skipped the last one otherwise it would've been so long!

HRM being bung again :P

Plod back home with Anna and Ruairi. Was feeling really tired! Hit my foot on a rock during one of the intervals and it was really bruising up and hurting on the warm down and in the evening...
