10mila training mass start with the girls. Haven't been sleeping well since I've been back so felt very tired. Surprisingly managed to keep up in the beginning and ran behind Hilda for most of the course apart from a few different route choices. Really felt the tiredness in the end and my pace slowed down a lot.

10mila relevant terrain. Ran with Lisa and we did 2 controls at a time. We were a bit wobbly on a few and rather tired and slow at times, but was nice to go at a cruisey pace :) Got a bit darkish in the end and was hard to read the detail on the last few controls.
