Aqua Jogging intervals 1:30:06 [3] 10.63 km (8:28 / km)

Joined Rassmus for the second part of his aqua jogging. Did 2x(50/10) after about 45min as I had no belt and was nice to go a bit faster. Was tough but fun! Legs and arms were very jelly-ish after I got out of the pool!
