JWOC relay...1st leg

Good start...good through spectator, then the long leg after the spec was so bad...stopped too early along with some other girls and mucked around for a few minutes...grr...the rest was good...just so wish i didnt do that :/

Jaime, ang and i ended up in 9th which was good...best ever nz place for women :D so easily could have been on that podium though as we all made mistakes :(

was a steady start...quite slow i guess but good...then running to the spec, ran to the gate u wernt allowed to run in as the map was not clear at all...lost so much running back around...gr...then i guess i was stressed, so the rest of the race was just totally messy :(

ended up 49th

was in heat C...started early so was so nervous waiting around as I stuffed up #1 by nearly 2min...so i was pretty angry :S

qualified in 16th

started in the last block, so it was real shit waiting around in the quarantine that long...
was a good race apart from route choice and maybe 2min lost at no. 11...was just s incredibly tired and couldnt run or push...walked so much :(

35th place....was ok, but less than 4min from top 10

Worst sprint race ever!!!
Had a really good start...got fastest split to 1 and 2, and was still leading at 3...then to number 4, i had a really good route choice and spiked it really good, but because i was confident in what i was doing, i was reading to 5...then i ended up checking #5 description instead of 4...so i doubted myself and kept running around the hill as i thought i hadnt gone far enough :( so ended u losing soooo much time!!!
anyway, to no. 5, i got fastest split as i was so angry!!
the rest of the course was good apart from one near the end which i totally stuffed the route choice and got confused and lost a lot of time...my mind was in a very bad space :(
anyway... guess what was done was done..but i jst know i could have done really good!! looking at my splits i could have...if u take away #4 mistake and the one near the end, I would have been 5th!!!! FML :( this is one i knew i could have done really well in :(

Baltic cup sprint... what a shit map and course!! jogged all the really long legs as was feeling a bit tired, but pushed on the other controls
