Australian Relay Championships

went out in 2nd, about 1min behind Krystal...kinda screwed up first and 2nd control, then i mantained focus and just went hard for the rest of the course, caught up to Krystal 2 from the end...then screwed up very last control...but still managed to stay ahead!yay!

Australian Long Distance Championships
had a pretty shit run, first two were perfect and 3 was ok and 4 was just a major shocker!!!people caught me up and so what and then i had a few errors on the next few, not too bad, but then came # 12 and i bombed out even more!! then after that i decided to take it slow, so i would get back ok...lol...

came 10th in W17-20E

Did absolute shit!! screwed up #3 and #4 really bad! and then the rest of the course was fine...except...i missed as control out near the spectator, so i ended up MP...

Australian Schools Relay Championships
3rd leg runner...A bit hesitant on first one, good untill number 7 when i came down the wrong spur...#8 was hard too, just finding the crossing point was difficult...last loop was alright, just a bit hesitant etc...

Went out 4th, came in 3rd...JUST!

NZ won schools challenge overall...YAY!

Australian Schools Individual Championships.
Was a good run, had first slip up at #3 and then #4 wasnt so flash either, the rest were ok and then the one before the spectator, i was making the map fit and wasnt really certain and lost a couple of minutes there...#10 after the spectator was right off as i did not have compass direction right, but then the rest were good, just felt really exhausted and HOT!!
Overall a pretty good run though...

went alright...i made a big error at 6 and lost quite a few minutes, and then i just wanted to keep it a bit more cleaner for the rest, which kind of happened, a few little mistakes here and there...caught Aislin and Rach at number 8...

came 3rd in W17-20E

was alright, was off to a good start and at control 4, i lost a couple of minutes and then the rest was good, just a few small errors and slowed my running down a bit, to concentrate more...
came 2nd in W17-20E

went out to a training map called The Promisedland, did a map walk and then a 8 control course...was really good, except when i didnt get my compass right and went way off! but it was good it got me thinking about concentrating on that for my other races
