run around the blocks near physio...so humid and hot today!! ankle felt goodish...especially after i had strengthened it well before hand

used the medicine ball for balancing for about 20min, then i played the Wii games for balancing exercises at Physi...was pretty fun and hard!! balance not so good...lol

went on for 15min warm up, and then did 3x5min each time between medicine ball, and using my arms as if running for more balance exercises

biked into the track, took about 26min...first time on clip pedals, it was good and fun!! except me getting caught in a down pour
fell off the bike at the track as my ankle too weak and couldnt get it out in time :(
biked home with duncan...took about 33ish home as we were heading into the wind.
