Woke up with the biggest pain in my lower back today :( Dont know what it is? either too much terrain running or landing funny yesterday whilst orienteering. I hope it just goes away over night...it was so uncomfortable all day :(

12.30min trying to find the start...got a bit confused. We saw Sara which was cool so we could all start the training together!
11min warming down from where I ran back on the track.

Ran the 7km course in Lunsen which was the training for tonight although Maja had to leave in the arvo so we decided to run it in the morning. Was super hot and tough out there. Had some really good controls and some silly wandering around mistakes. Got rather slow and walking near the end as I was just so tired from the terrain and the wknd of terrain training. Decided to just run all the way back on the track instead of getting the last control.

Ran down to town with Maja. She ran the SM sprint final whilst I ran around near her and opened some gates which were closed too. Rather exhausted after yesterday actually...was a long day...
Had a nice relaxing afternoon with lunch and shopping in town :)

Did a technique training in Lunsen. Maja was keen to check out what Lunsen was like, so we decided to go this morning. Managed to spike some controls really well, some maybe not so well :P

18min warm up to KG then to the start.
10min warm down (running time) back home. Walked a bit...

A training out in Nåsten with SI. When we were at the start, a small boy came crying and running back to the start, so I helped him with the first 3 controls which overall took about 30min with running back to the start again too.
So was rather tired and not so focussed in the beginning.
The first one was ok...went quite a bit around but quite slow. Then I really stuffed up number 2! Lost so much time! Then I was contemplating going back, but thought it would be good training... managed to make more mistakes and started walking quite a lot so I should have really gone back after number 2 as I was just soo tired. Was ok to just jog and walk in the end though just so I could not feel so tired..

Ran to cheer on Rassmus and Matt doing Ekebyloppet and then ran to the arena and back through stadskogen.

Jog with Maja when she came to Uppsala. We went into Nåsten and then took a few small tracks back. Nearly stood on a snake on the track..eek!

Strength training with Rassmus at the gym. Did the usual stairs, core, jumping, weights and strides and then finishing off with some technique weight stuff. Was a good session!

Yay decided to jog today :) went quite well! Ran maybe a little too fast too. No pain in my foot! A little sore at times in my shins and other muscles from not running for a while, but it was fine :)

Intervals again at Friskis. this one was tough! I tried to have on the resistence quite a bit so I had to push quite hard! Sweat fest!

Cross trainer tempo 1:00:00 [3]

Did a bit of a warm up and then did around 40min of tempo with some hill settings etc on the cross trainer. Was tough, but felt good.

Strength and Conditioning 10:00 [3]

Did a lot on the wobble board and some core etc after training.

Was at the sprint final at 6.30am ready to help! Such an early morning. Wanted to go to the gym in the afternoon although I fell asleep and just really wanted to rest :P
