it was ok...intense as coz i havnt had a rest in a while and ran twice yesterday...it was for the HB school athletics meet thingy...ran at like 7:45...

Orienteering Race race 59:18 [3] 5.0 km (11:52 / km)

had a mass start, was going good in the forest and was in the lead with Angela, and then i got to #9, the spectator leg, and realised that this spectator was not the number on my descriptions, so i looked around for so long for this 71...found out, 12min later that i had got 71 and was looking for 72, which i had got and gone to in the first place...i was kinda angry of what a stupid mistake it was ...went slow in the blown up maze bit...did one big mistake in there and the rest was pretty average...kinda disappointed but oh well.....

first few were pretty good...then a few small errors in the technical contours...about half way, i started to feel a bit sick and dizzy...think it was the travelling and coffee that made me feel sick today ... so ended up struggling alot at the end

very technical course, took it slower and easy at the start and then starting going a bit faster and stuffed up completely!recovered from that and went into the more open stuff and then i did lots of stupid little mistaks, and then towards the very end, i made a 5min error which really sucked and lost me a fair amount time...average run...

Ran ok but i made one big error and a few little ones. went to 7 before 6...and saw rachel again :)

didnt run because i didnt have time...had to go to school early and had to supervise junior social afta school...played ultimate frisbee against boys high prefects though which was pretty intense!!lol

Did a 3km trial at the new track...it was unbelievably windy! it was down the home straight too! was really difficult as i havnt raced or done speed work in ages!! but it was ok i geuss....did it for Ross to make me a programme off.

teams score event at Rowe road, i just went and got all the far away ones, it was really steep but the controls were easy, no mistakes, just hard to run fast!
