Did 1km reps along tamaki drive (which were marked out) in the dark and all by my ralf :(

was ok...exceot had a bit of a coughing fit a few times...:P
was a tad tired, had a big day at uni...

times... 4.14, 4.04, 4.04, 4.04, 4.07 and 4.10

had to cross a road on first and last one, so was a bit slower than the rest...they were ok, didnt go real hard as i knew there were 6 and i didnt go to slow, coz i didnt want too :P

should have been longer with more stretching and strides, but we were pushing it for time! :S

warm down 13min...should have done a bit longer there too...was getting quite cold...

Grand Prix X-country race

1st cross country race for season, so was just seeing how it would be...
was good to do it! really enjoyed it!!!
felt a bit sick still and could def feel it out there, but wasnt too bad...

first lap was good, probably a bit too fast, then the last two slowed down a lot and i got rather tired...

havnt done that long in cross country before...so didnt really know how to pace it well...

ran for my new club ACA and i was with these two girls from my club most of the way, and then i couldnt hold on on the last lap...next time i will stick with them!

overall pretty cool to do some running racing!! :)

we got a bit lost...lol...so turned around and came back..

we were gona be happy with 90, but it ended up being longer, so it was ok...

wasnt too bad though...bit tired in places...

this was so cool! i am so unco! and it was actually really good! i was working up a mean sweat!lol

was going to actually do spin class, but when we went in there, there were no bikes left :(

so we found step class instead, and im glad we did! it was so fun!!

then we went to a new hill and did 2 more 30sec hill reps, then 2x1min hill reps...

was pretty stuffed eh...

was ok...kinda felt like shit, but ohwell...
did a 5kmish tempo around and up one tree hill...ross set it for us...was hard going up to top...but then got dark on last bit so a bit scared


ended up getting locked in for over an hour because we were late coming out...eek...big dramas!
