Just went for a 55min cruisy run. was pretty good.
around tracks etc.

Just did 10min of strength and conditioning exercises after run.

was pretty good though

Was supposed to do 80min but was extremely tired from Chicago so just went for 55min and then did an hour workout for Pilates

Had Chicago from 9am-1pm

still really tired

Did a 20min workout for Ab Sculpting
Did 1hr workout for body sculpting

was hard but good

Just had a recovery run from the race yesterday. Ankle a little bit sore. had Chicago from 6-11.30
