just warm up...took too long on actual course, so pretty much counted in my warm down...

(probably the shitest orienteering run i have had in a very long time! and no shit, i could have probably taken off 50min...thats if i had been more careful and orienteered like a normal person..dont think my head was in the right space either...)

15 warm up 20min warm down

Running tempo 23:30 [4]

did tempo run with amber at one tree hill...
was ok...kinda felt like shit, but ohwell...
did a 5kmish tempo around and up one tree hill...ross set it for us...was hard going up to top...but then got dark on last bit so a bit scared


ended up getting locked in for over an hour because we were late coming out...eek...big dramas!

was ok, hamstrings a bit sore from yesterday...am a bit tired :( but oh well...ill try get soome more sleep then i guess :P

5min on the rowing machine, then i did a few leg exercise things on the machines and some circut stuff....then i did some core and some swiss ball and some good stretches :)

each one with 1min recovery

was good, got a bit slower around 4th and 5th rep... was getting pretty dark too...did first few with andrew, james, simon and amber...then the last three with james and amber
