went for a ride with amber...was alright...borrowed rachels bike....i think i may have been a bit slow for amber...im not used to the whole biking thing :P was fun though! i find the hills a bit hard :P

long run today!!
made my way down to waterfront and just kept running and running...went as far as i could go :P ended up turning around at st heliers and coming back...after about 80min, i was getting a bit tired...but other than that i felt all good :)

on the bike at the gym, decided to have a cross training day to day...didnt sleep last night, so thoought it was wise not to go running

lots of circuits in the circuit room, then did 3x10 abb wheel roll outs and then some squat thingys with a weight bag

ran in a break today...bit of a busy day so had to quickly do a tempo...so i ran for 10min at normal pace, then picked it up for 20min and then went back down to normal pace for 10min again...just ran to domainetc and did a few loopy loops :) was ok...felt a bit tired due to lack of sleep...

1km Reps along Tamaki Drive. 6 of them.
4.12, 4.13, 4.17, 4.21, 4.21, 4.20 Recoveries were 2mins jogging.

lil bit slower than last time i did speed work, lil tired at the mom. But good to get back into it.

just looping around after uni...quads a bit tight atm...but it was a good run...pushed it today and tried to go a lil bit faster
