10x30sec hill reps with 1min recoveries up the vehicle track up the peak...was a killer!! went hard each one...the recoveries seemed to go so quick, so i was pretty nacked at the end of the session
still a bit tired, think i havnt recovered properly yet from saturday...

went to physio about the small niggle on the top of my rigth foot...
nothing major...just a bit swollen and tender in there, as he suspects that my ankle is still very weak and therefore more pressure is being applied throught the front of my foot...
