ran in elites again...feeling a lot better today!!

was running quite well i thought,...although i made quite a few mistakes with either being too high or too low, and it was rather steep, so i kept losing a bit of time on the others...guess i wouldnt be too worried about my mistakes if i was in w20s, but i dont think you can afford to lose any time in elites... need some oing practice me thinks!!

overall a pretty average weekend :/

ran elites today, as amber wasnt there, and i decided i would just take her time and run with the ladies

was ok for the first 2 controls, then i got a really sore stomach(lady friend) and i felt like i was going to faint or throw up the whole way, it was that painful :( so i ended up walking quite a lot of the course... didnt make too many mistakes...i just felt like death :(

was supposed to do tempo today...but was pretty tired again :(
i also had my first day of work/training at a new cafe in havelock...so i felt pretty pooped after that...

me and duncan went to the reserve, to film some orienteering sprinting footage for sprint the bay.... so i did some jogging around and some fast sprints/surges, so in a way, it was a sort of tempo :P

did my intervals around peak tracks today, to make up from the lack of a hill run i didnt do yesterday....

did pyramids, and most were up hill, so was a killer!!

30sec, 1min, 1min30sec, 2min30sec, 5min, 2min30sec, 1min30sec, 1min, 30sec

all with 1min recoveries between each, except 2min30sec after the 5min rep
