moved in today...was shifting and setting up stuff from when we got up till 2am!! so didnt have much time to run again :( pretty tired from lifting stuff etc though

up hill reps up a windy road in waitaks...
ross and I did 7x70sec reps with 35sec recovery... KILLER!! was so smashed after each one... was good in the end though :) Ross nearly passed out on last one... it was scary :P
real hot running too!
had sore as stomach on warm up and most of the way through reps... it was making the loudest glug glug noises :S grrr
