cant remember how long i took? think it was this?
anyway.,. really good mass start... made me read my map alot, keep up with the others and try not to lose everyone...lol...
made quite a few silly errors like overshooting controls...and towards the end i just lost it completely in the forest..mind was going crazy :P

made heaps of mistakes, especially at start...grrr

went out by myself and hardly saw anyone, but towards the middle and end, i saw imogene alot... it was really challenging, and i think i need a lot more practice at night oing... also i managed to do alot of hardcore bails, which really hurt :(

we went up mt eden and down... really hot!!

did fartlek training with Ross, James, AMber and Toby...

all together we did 24min of hard stuff, the rest was recoveries between each effort...

we took turns in choosing whether to do a 1,2,3 or 4min fartlek...altogether had to add up to the 24... was getting pretty tired...and it was getting pretty cold too

rest day from running today but did alot of strength, swiss ball, pilates, weights, squats, lunges, james total gym, wobble board, medicine all etc...

was fun :)
