haha... i thought it was just europe i couldnt orienteer in...but turns out it is here too :P

was real fast to 1 and then was thinking "sweet...this will be easy!" ...then totally messed up 2 by about 5min!! stupid! then stuffed up 4 by reading to 8 instead...and then stopped way too early for 7... other than that, the rest was reso good...most fastest splits... but i was so slow and tired...jetlag still hanging around... :(

anyway...maybe next time will be better? still had fun running a bit with Imogene

went around the domain, down Ayr and then up Portland...then i ran through newmarket and back home...

was soooo tired and my quads were rather smashed!! very sore...

good to run though :) and good to see imogene again :D

after my run... did some core etc..and then tried james total gym thing which took me freakin ages to set up!! lol..

did 6 press ups after...woop! :P i think i will try build up like amber :P

went for a run today :)

first run since last day at oringen...
felt soo fast at the start, and then was totally dead towards the end...so i came back :P

was a nice run though...up and around mt eden etc... wasnt used too hills!! :P

legs keep cramping up which is soo weird? they just really tight! oh and my whole body randomly cramps during the day too??
