running drills with mike... then did some 30 sec hill reps... cant remember how many? i did one less than everyone else tho... took about 15min... was good to do this again...but so tired :(
run up mt eden and around the tracks and watched ross and rassmus do some hill tempos... stopped and stretched at one stage and then ran back with them.... was good.,... felt pretty av and slow tho
did some strength as was feeling a bit better 2day :)
did some stuff on swiss ball and some strength thingys with rassmus and some squats with the ball against the wall... i suck at plank holds...esp on the ball :P
