ran to Huka falls from spa park with Rassmus :) was really nice evening! river was so clear!!
we stopped on the way back and had a dip in the hot stream... then ran to the bungy to meet mum

went up mt eden and around...but was too eager and tried to go down a new track and ended up twisting my bad ankle, and falling on the opposite leg on my knee bruising it in the process... :( I was sore, so I just ran back home instead of carrying on...

warm up to domain and around a little bit, then the same home... included a little bit of stretching before and after too

4x3min intervals at the domain... with 1min recoveries...the 1mins went so friggin quick!! ahh!! was good to do the ints tho :D bit tired from exams, study and no sleep...but now its over...waheyyy!! :D

was supposed to go for an hour, but i was really tired from studying and exam sitting, and throat a little sore...yahda yahda

was so nice to run though...really hot!!
just ran on mt eden tracks again...so fun to go there, now that i know there are so many more tracks! :D

ran with ross all around the tracks at mt eden and the ones over in the secret garden...took me like half an hour to climb all the big fences... :P
overall we were gone for nearly 60min...some of that was stretching and climbing stuff and exploring things in the secret garden :P
was nice :) very unfit tho :/ still hard to breath when running! grr

oh and i ran in my swedish top for the first time today :D my god it is friggin tight :P
