was pretty tough...havnt done many long runs since being sick, so starting to get back into it now...

was extremely tired b4 i ran, so it wasnt so fun to start off with...my legs are real tired atm...hmm

intervals...hill ones

did them on a steep track in the reserve... 10x20sec ones...recovery was jogging back down ...around about 40-45secs...was quite a short session...but was still good
