rassmus's strength with rassmus and ross...did them by the pool...was good :) we swam after :) i managed to hold all of the strength exercises for 1min instead of just 45 or 50sec

after the beach rassmus and i got dropped off on the way back...about 2km from the turn off to ocean beach...so about 18-19km?? was so freakin hot!! was 32 yesterday...the beach made me so tired too...i had a really sore ITB...so took it so easy for the 2nd half!

did all these hill drills in the reserve with rassmus before breaky...was so tough! hurt my muscles so some of them i had to go rather easy on...

about 20min warm up with ross and rassmus to the redwoods...so hot!

did long intervals at the redwoods loop... 2 times around the loop was one interval...i did 2 intervals... first one was 11.45min and the second one was 12.08min...went opposite way on the second one...was really tough and felt steeper! so hot! had 2min recovery between each one

12x30 sec hill reps in the reserve with rassmus...was quite tough and very hot.... had 90sec recoveries between each...and a little bit more after the 6th one so i could i pee

45min in the morning before breakfast...was quite tired so didnt do the full 60min

put out controls at the summer series that me and rassmus set...then collected them...

was running most the time...not really training but was still an easy run around

only about 8min running warm up...then did some stretching etc...and one stride... warmed down for 13min

club night at the track ...first time in ages!! was okish...didnt go fast enough atthe start so had no real pace set for me to do a good enough time...oh well...next time :)

after work...was tired again from being on my feet all day...started running really fast for the first 30min and then i got really tired and didnt end up going for as long as i wanted too... :/ oh well...at least it was still long :)
