only just over 5min or so warm up and the rest was warm down...

was about 7am or before? cant remember...we got up at 4am to drive out to our legs

leg 7 at The Great Lake relay...was so early!

ran quite fast in the start and felt ok on the first hill, then on the 2nd one i felt so tired but tried to keep pushing...then the hill to the finish was a toughy too...altogether was fun and didnt feel too terrible :)

running for about 25min or so before the finnish girls came around...then we ran down to keith sands reserve as a warm up...
then ran back after the drills etc home for warm down

summer series #4 ...was ok...didnt make too many mistakes just a bit hesitant in places... also my stomach started hurting again in the last 5min so i slowed down a lot :( was still good fun to try and do some fast orienteering

club night at the track...felt ok, apart from the last two laps...my stomach was so sore...tried to push anyway... calves still a tad sore

run in the morning before breaky with rassmus on the peak tracks...i was so tired and slow, but managed to keep running on even the steep tracks... was so hot today too! :o calves blimmin tight! hope i can run at athletics 2mw night :S
