Kaweka Challenge:

Did course 5, so approx. 13km race with 950m climb...was so blimmin tough!! walked so much up the hill...wish i had gone faster...downhill was good, took a leppin after that downhill...felt goodish along flats, probably should have run a bit faster though, but was feeling the tiredness :P

overall won the womens and got fastest time from all women on course 5, so pretty happy...last time i did it, i think i did about 2:07 or something?? so i took a pretty large chunk off my PB :P

fun day! not too sore after, just the massive almost blister on my big toe :(

went pretty av...overshot a few controls and had a funny stomach again...grr

17min warm up and 18min warm down at the track

track night...felt pretty average...had a gurgle stomach and it was really gross when i was running

felt so weird like i couldnt breath or i had asthma or something? it was horrible...wanted to run faster but i couldnt :(

jogging around after track night and just keeping warm before ross, rassmus and I did some short intervals

200 times:
36, 37, 35, 37, 36

150m times:
26, 25, 25, 25, 23

recoveries were just over a minute each time...just joggin back to the 200m mark or the 150m mark

felt pretty fast and good on these ones :)
