run on and around mt eden and to domain and back..was supposed to go for 1hr, but wsa tired from the week...not sleeping so well atm :/

ran with rassmus and duncan up mt eden and around, then to cornwall park, up one tree hill and around, then up mt st john and back through past mt eden...was sooo slow towards end...got very tired...still a bit tired from last wknd

run with rassmus to western springs and looped around, then looped around mt eden suburbs etc and home...was really wet by the end of the run

warm up to the domain and back home again...still felt tired and sore :(

7x(500m, 300m) with 60sec recovery after the 500 and 45sec after the 300...didnt actually do the whole 500m and 300m as i just stopped when ross stopped so we could have the same recovery times...was tired and felt very heavy

ran to auckland boys grammer with ross and razz...they did the school sprint thingy, but i was really tired still and muscles still sore...

just ran up around and across mt eden, then saw ross and razz again and did a block then home..was actually ok...still a bit sore

jogged around course 1 which was about 7 and a half km...i was still so sore from the Kawekas :( my quads were burning...walked a lot of downhill and managed to jog uphill and on flats...

(rest day)

had a long day at uni...was tired when i got home and very sore from yesterday...decided to have a rest and maybe just have a massage instead, but it didnt happen :(
