Orienteering race (Nationals Sprint) 14:07 [5]

felt ok going into the race...focussed etc :) legs feeling a little tired from working and being on them so much in the past 2 wks...but it was ok :)

Hardly made any mistakes, only small hesitations and maybe a few route choices, especially on the long leg...oops! haha

So happy with my Win! and to beat all of the Womens elites too was so cool! I never thought i could do it this year :) yay!!

about 10min warm up and 15min warm down through keirunga gardens with a few ppl :)

only a short easy as one...with about 5 strides in the last 15min ... was real tired from 9hrs at work...and also had v sore feet!!

did 10x50sec sprints with 30sec recoveries in between each rep,... after the 5th one i had 1min...
was good :) did them on the flat part just before the end of the road...was pitch black by the time i finished...very dark and cold :(

cant believe i am running in thermals already!!
