Didnt have the best route planned...should have figured this out as no one ran with me to my first control, and from then on wasnt running with anyone! :P

Went to the green forest first, really stuffed up 59 by about 5min... :/ after that it was just a few small mistakes and being slow in the green, then really hesitant at the end as didnt know what i could now get in enough time!

haha...like 20 press ups after training with ross....we wanted to see how many we could do...he did 40 i only did 20 :( still...its good for me :D i suck at press ups :P

6x1km reps with 3min recoveries...well wasnt quite 1km for me as just stopped when ross did so we could have the same recoveries...

was good to have Jaime there :) good for someone to push me :) felt so tired still from tues, but other than that not too bad i guess

easy run in the morn before breaky with duncan..was very slow as was rather tired!
nice morning though :) very sunny and quite warm!

did about 31min, then realised i was locked out when i came home :( so i thought maybe ross went to work, so i ran to his work...he wasnt there, so i ran back..then just knocked at the door for about 1/2 and hr

warmed up running down to the 5km at O'Hagens then ran a little bit around before the race

ran around after the run and then up the hill back home after the prize giving

O'Hagens 5km series...so this was a lot faster then i thought, but it was good :) was quite slippery and a bit of wind out the back...turn around was hard as it was on road works with big potholes and a bit dark :/ but other than that felt pretty good i guess :) keen to better it next time i do it though :)

ran with ross and duncan...was really wet!! went through many muddy parks too...was quite dark by the end :/ felt a little tired in my legs...

my backs still a tad sore from nationals :S
